The app runs a Core ML conversion of laya-multilingual to compare candidate answers. Scores represent relative model preferences, not calibrated probabilities of real feelings. Short conclusions and suggestions use templates rather than a cloud language model.
Laya describes itself as a non-autoregressive System 1 decision engine. Its optional upstream server offers a Jev-compatible /v1/systemone interface. This app uses local Laya inference, not the Jev API or that server. It is an independent product, not an official app of those projects.
